Nested quantum packets

Don't use quantum nested packets.

I remember a time when they were prevalent, in use all the time. It was of no benefit to anyone. All it caused was an escalation of capability that let to a double-ended heat death of the universe. I think we can all agree to try to avoid that.

I know its still tempting for some, but please.  Don't use nested quantum packets.
